How to cut your operating expenses

Cutting your software costs
I want to help you save money and I am never going to ask you for anything in return.
Every year I save thousands of pounds by not spending any money on software. It only took one small event to drive me to look for a better deal and in this case it was NetSuite pricing. Most of the essential tasks I have to perform on a daily basis in my business are done using free software. They dont teach this at Harvard. The tragedy is that just about 90% of small business owners don’t know the facts about the amount of free tools out there.
Just follow these simple steps to find the free tools that are out there.
- Spend ten minutes max per day searching for free tools.
- Use Evernote (free at www.evernote.com) to record your findings.
- Give yourself just ten minutes each day to evaluate what you have found.
It should take you about a month to find all of the tools you will ever need and be up and running on free software. To get what I am talking about here try these tools now, I use then all the time and they work well.
To make this even easier for you I have listed each tool (on the right) with an equivalent (on the left) you will definitely have to part money for and may well have heard for or even purchased.
Here we go:
Just type the name of the free product to the search engines
